Well it's the last day of 2009. Yea! It is a great feeling that the year is finally over. I think I'm ending it pretty well by attempting this 10-10 Challenge. It's a good way to start of 2010, a great lead in to make 2010 a more healthy and fit year. And I had a great day today. I finished 2009 with an exercise bang! : 2 dog walks, snow shoveling, and in between rain/sleet, I got a mile run in. Good job to me! The best is yet to come.
