December 16, 2009: Looking good...but I'd like to see some results now

In terms of traking my food, I've done a pretty good job. I'd give myself a solid B+ for effort. I'm glad my iPhone has a calorie tracker to help me out. However, I'm not seeing much of any results. Maybe I need the 20 week challenge or the boot camp version.

Weight: I crushed the scale, and it broke.
Calories eaten: 1413
Calories burned: -212
Net calories: 1200 (looking good!)
Exercise: 1 dog walk (40 min)
               1 mile run (12 min)
