It's amazing how easy it is to skip a workout when the batteries are low on your iPod. While it's not a valid excuse, I took it as a good enough reason to not go run on ice and freezing weather. Not the best move, but it's done and over with. I'm considering spending a week at the Biggest Loser ranch...
