Looks like things are continuing to get better. My daily food in-take is back under control and I've been able to keep up with my exercising. The weather is getting chillier, which might make it harder to get my runs in (i.e. hard to breathe), but it shouldn't be a problem for the walks. I'm considering buying the Bodybugg system to keep track of calories burned (once I get a job), but I think I need more help keeping track of what I eat not burn.
