November 11, 2009: Hump Day

Today's progress was great! I got a lot of exercise in during a gorgeous weather day. I'd better enjoy it because it looks like wet snow will be here this weekend...so I'd best eat better during the week. I took two extra long walks with the dog to drop off/pick up my car from getting work done, and managed to motivate myself to do a 2 mile run! I hope this momentum keeps up.
