Day 3 is coming to a close and the motivation still exists! That's a plus. I even managed to run 2 full miles today and my mile time has dropped from 14 min to 12 min (+/- 30 sec) during the past two months. I think it has to do with the new shoes. The hot pink makes me go faster. :)
Those are some sharp, fast looking shoes! What a great birthday present. While there was positive increases in excercise...there was a quick run to Wendy's for dinner that put me over the calorie goals...oh well! It happens. I'll keep trying!
