Some days it appears like it's easy to stay on target. For me, I think as long as I keep up with my exercise, I can keep the net calories under controll. Controlling what I eat is the hardest because I'm often tempted to load up on sugar. It just tastes sooo good! With all my spare unemployed time, I think I'll be able to maintain my exercising at a good level. It will get difficult with an upcoming move and new job because my exercise time will be hard to fit in and I'm bound to just eat what ever is most convenient. What I should do is make 'healthy' foods the most convenient foods so that while exercising might decrease, my calories eaten won't incase, but that will be hard! I guess I'll face that challenge when it arrives. In the mean time, I'll focus on keeping up with my excercising and hoping to see some weight improvement before the crazy life begins!
