November 9, 2009: The start of week 2...
The begining of a few week! It will be better this week. That is the plan. My problem is the more I try to 'eat healthy', the more I want to eat 'unhealthy'. I run into this everytime I try to get fit. Maybe one day I'll figure out how to trick myself into eating right! As for today, I managed to stay on target, it has been a good Monday!
