We began our trek back to Colorado. It's hard to eat healthy when you are trying to stay awake and drive for 27 hrs straight. So I didn't do that well. Not to mention, it's hard to excercise in a truck. You might call it all excuses, which they are, however, sometimes life just doesn't let you have it easy.

Weight: I think the alititude adds 10 lbs.
Calories eaten: 1483 ( I probably underestimated...I was tired)
Calories burned: -65 (at least the more you weigh, the more you burn ;) )
Net calories: 1418
Exercise: 1 dog walk (25 min)
